Donna trained as a dancer for many years which gave her a passion for movement and creativity. Yoga has taught her to find peace in the movement and clarity in stillness. Most of all she has learned to honour and appreciate the journey, which led her to completing her teacher training in rishikesh India. She will forever remain a student to this practice and continue to learn and deepen her own spiritual understanding.
Hazel’s Vinyasa Flow class is a dynamic and engaging style of yoga that links movement to breath in flowing sequences. Hazel is a very experienced teacher who encourages students to explore yoga in a way that connects with their true potential. Her classes are warm, inclusive and thoughtfully sequenced. This is strong class – energising, uplifting and multi-levelled.

The Wise Heart Rest Circle in Macclesfield includes 40 minutes of Yoga Nidra, oracle card reflections, time in a circle and a chance to connect over a brew at Substation Café.

As a vegan, finding this place was like stepping on a little gold mine! I came for a pregnancy yoga class with Saffron (which was wonderful) and then discovered they sell the lost amazing vegan food! Great coffee too and lovely staff.
ABSOLUTELY BLISSFUL
The restorative yoga class with Laura on Sunday morning is absolutely blissful. I float down the stairs afterwards, order one of substations amazing coffees and float off home…such a great way to start your Sunday.

Brilliant place for bouldering and yoga! It also has a lovely cafe. The brownies are to die for!
