As a physio and PT Burcin believes pilates is for EVERYONE focussing her practice to get them stronger, fitter and more confident. Her deep knowledge of anatomy makes her an expert for individual needs/modifications to get the most from class!
Cami is a Health, wellbeing and Fitness Coach and all round motivator! Her training experience is varied having trained within lots of different environments. The styles and methods of exercise include boxing, kickboxing, resistance training, HIIT and calisthenics.

An inclusive yoga teacher and movement specialist who has been teaching yoga since 2015. She loves working with students of all shapes and sizes, ages and abilities. Her aim is to help her students feel empowered in a fun and inclusive space open to all.
Monica started her spirituality journey as a Reiki instructor and developed a yoga interest on the path to recovery from a back injury. She brings healing and inspiration with well structured, compassionate sessions to others to encourage a balanced healthy lifestyle.
Renée aims to foster a safe space to explore playful movement, reconnecting with the body, breath and spirit through a practice of awareness. Expect creative sequencing designed to build a better understanding of your own anatomy and autonomy of practice.

Sarah loves to weave this in all her classes, encouraging you to cultivate a practice that is uniquely yours, making the space for a couple giggles and sighs along the way. Expect a creative & soulful flow weaved with a few challenging postures, a philosophical theme & a steady mindful breath; leaving the mat, a little calmer, stronger & lifted. Sarah teaches Dynamic Vinyasa, Vinyasa, Rocket, Yin, Meditation & Sound; additional trainings include Trauma informed practice, Size Inclusive practice, Bhakti Yoga, & Children’s Yoga.
Steph’s journey to Yoga came via her love of dance. A professionally trained dancer, ger classes consist of a creative, fluid and fiery flow designed to challenge the body and overcome the limitations of the mind with lots of options for all bodies and levels.
Zsofia welcomes everyone to her class. She found yoga following her professional handball career and, ever since, it has been a vital part of her life.

Called in to take alook at what all the fuss was about - and can highly recommend it! Food offering is excellent and the staff could not be more helpful. Had a tour around the climbing area and yoga studio. The facilities are excellent and the place has a real vibe about it.
Amazing Centre
Great climbing centre with passionate staff. The cafe offers a great selection of food and drink, either for a mid climb refresh or as a destination in its own right. Substation seems to do a good job as there's a refreshing mix of familiar & fresh faces that keeps the energy high.
A fave
I've been here 6 times in the last year with family and friends and it gives me a real buzz. The climbing routes are varied for ability which make for interesting challenges. Resets often enough make each visit a bit different and the space is big enough that you don't get bored. Highly recommend!
