Yoga completely changed Hollie's life. Starting the practice in 2019, Hollie found clarity, healing, and a much deeper sense of purpose. In Hollie's practice you can expect breathwork, meditation, and to learn about the different energy channels (including Reiki, Chakras, and Kundalini energy) alongside a layered asana flow meaning this class is open to all levels - from complete beginners to seasoned yogis.

I've been here 6 times in the last year with family and friends and it gives me a real buzz. The climbing routes are varied for ability which make for interesting challenges. Resets often enough make each visit a bit different and the space is big enough that you don't get bored. Highly recommend!
