Pregnancy Yoga with Saffron H.

Pregnancy Yoga is all about staying healthy, preparing for birth and being ready to meet your baby. This class will teach you how to listen to your body, to help your body relax in a way that suits you. There are many benefits from practicing pregnancy yoga for you and baby. Your whole body will feel gently stretched and stronger, your mind will feel calmer and you’re breathing a little deeper. You may feel more connected to your baby and feel excited about the birth of your baby.

Please bring your own mat. We highly recommend bringing at least one, ideally two, yoga blocks, plus a towel.

Back To Basics with Evie.

Always wanted to try yoga but felt like you didn’t know where to start? Or do you still get confused between your up dog and your downward dog?

Learn the fundamental postures of yoga, building confidence and mobility; preparing you to walk into any yoga class and feel at home on the mat. This is a six week rolling class, you can start at any point and repeat as you wish, just choose your class at the booking page.

Vinyasa Flow with Evie.

7:15pm – 8:15pm

Dynamic Vinyasa flow classes will leave you feeling uplifted and energised. Linking breath with movements in a flowing sequence set to music, the dynamic vinyasa classes will challenge your balance, and build strength and flexibility across the whole body. My classes focus on using our active range of motion to achieve change, practicing strong postures in a safe and well-prepared way. Modifications are provided for all postures, making the classes accessible for all. In this class you can also try some of the more challenging yoga postures, such as arm balances and inversions! All classes end with relaxation, and will leave you feeling balanced and uplifted.

Please bring your own mat. We highly recommend bringing at least one, ideally two, yoga blocks, plus a towel.

Baby Yoga with Saffron H.

12:00 – 1:00pm

Baby Yoga is a class of gentle stretching and strengthening exercises for you to do with your baby. You will work together to enjoy movements and exercises designs to strengthen and stretch the babies body as well as yours. I will teach you postnatal exercises that work from the inside out to help strengthen your body. We have fun by singing songs and relaxing together.

My Baby Yoga classes help by; improving babies’ digestion, settle babies through soft touch and improve their sleep, strengthen the physical body, improve blood flow, tone muscles, enhance flexibility, stimulate senses and is also a lot of fun!

Baby Yoga helps you to; bond and communicate with your baby, build confidence in handling and understanding your baby, encourage positive self-belief in your ability to care for baby, heal your body after birth, energies and empower yourself, release tension and relax.

Please bring your own yoga mat and towel, at this time the centre can no longer provide these.

Yin Yang Yoga with Sam H.

A slow relaxed class to enable you to reconnect with your body. It focuses on incorporating both yin and yang styles of yoga into one practice – bringing together the benefits of passively holding postures to increase flexibility with movement and sequences to encourage strength.

The quiet and still nature of Restorative Yoga soothes and balances the Central Nervous System – the part responsible for our healing, rest and digestion. Classes reduce stress, lower high blood pressure, improve the immune system, relieve persistent pain including headaches and improve the quality of sleep.
