Vegan tapas night

Following on from the success of the Indian Thali food night, Substation After Hours will now be off to Spain – bringing you a range of plant-based traditional tapas dishes.
Expect to see some classics like patatas bravas (potatoes in a tomato sauce), champiñones al ajillo (garlic mushrooms) and tortillas esapñola (Spanish omelette) and some culinary delights less familiar to your table.
