Introduction to Bouldering
These courses are completely free of charge and offer a fun and informal way of starting your climbing journey, whether that’s as an individual, couple, family or group of friends or colleagues (maximum of 8 people).
A professionally trained member of staff will introduce you to our state of the art climbing walls and training facilities, but most importantly they will ensure you know how to keep yourself and others around you safe. The sessions run at set times every week so please give us a call on 01625 440144 or drop us an email to get booked in.
Technical Progression Sessions
This 4-week course starts on the first Wednesday of the month and is geared towards providing you with some of the fundamentals of climbing. Each week will focus on the different aspects of climbing and how to incorporate them into your climbing sessions. This course is suitable for climbers of all abilities and can give you the insight you need to progress your climbing radically.
These dedicated lessons go into more advanced techniques and training methods, with each session tailored to suit individual requirements. For the class to be most beneficial we recommend all participants should be of a similar climbing ability.
Each session is £50 for an hour and a half + £10 per person to a maximum of four.
(Session must be booked in-centre or over the phone*)
