Introduction to Bouldering
Courses are available for individuals or groups. Covering basic techniques, warm ups, stretching, and climbing etiquette.
Each session is £20 per person and lasts half an hour.
One-to-one sessions go into more advanced techniques and training methods, with each session tailored to suit individual requirements. For the class to be most beneficial we recommend all participants should be of a similar climbing ability.
Each session is £50 for an hour and a half + £10 per person to a maximum of four.
